Each tablet contains:

• Chondroitin: 200mg
• Glucosamine: 500mg
• Manganese: 20mg
• Methyl sulphonyl methane (MSM): 200mg
• Vit C: 50mg
• Vit E: 12.5mg

• Best taken with meals

• Chondroitin: Supports joint strength by helping resist compression in the joints. It attracts fluid to the joint to assist with lubrication.

• Glucosamine: Helps in the formation of cartilage and supports mobility and flexibility

• Manganese: Involved in bone formation.

• Methyl sulphonyl methane (MSM): Helps in the formation of collagen which helps to support the structure of cartilage and maintains proper functioning of joints

• Vitamin C: It is thought to stimulate the production of collagen and proteoglycan and can protect against the breakdown of cartilage.

• Vitamin E is an antioxidant and helps the body form red blood cells and use vitamin K.
