• Glucosamine:  Helps in the formation of cartilage and supports mobility and flexibility

• Calcium: Help form bones and teeth, assist in the movement of muscles, help with nerve messaging between the brain and body systems, help blood flow as vessels relax and constrict and release hormones and enzymes that support body functions

• Chondroitin: Supports joint strength by helping resist compression in the joints. It attracts fluid to the joint to assist with lubrication
