Glucosamine: Helps in the formation of cartilage and supports mobility and flexibility

Methyl sulphonyl methane (MSM): Helps in the formation of collagen which helps to support the structure of cartilage
Hyaluronic acid: It delays further cartilage degradation and forms a protective layer between joints to relieve pain.
Collagen type 2: It gives cartilage its tensile strength and elasticity, thereby enabling it to support the joints. It helps in the binding process with the help of fibronectin and other collagens.
Chromium: it inhibits the level of osteocalcin, which when high, may accompany osteoporosis
Copper, Manganese, Selenium– trace elements that help in inflammation
Vitamin B12: Helps maintain bone mineral density. It also protects the nerves and stimulates nerve regeneration.
