- Bacterial skin infections:

Bacitracin: Cyclic polypeptide antibiotic. It inhibits peptidoglycan synthesis during the second step of bacterial cell wall synthesis by interfering with the activity of phosphorylase and is bactericidal.
Neomycin: Aminoglycoside antibiotic. It works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis leading to its bactericidal effect on gram-negative bacteria.
