• Contraception:

  • Acne vulgaris (Off-label)

Tablet: 0.15mg /0.03mg

  • When initially starting, use additional contraceptive method during first consecutive 7 days of administration

COCs

Ethinyl estradiol: Estrogen. It reduces LHRH release from hypothalamus and reduces gonadotropin release from pituitary

Desogestrel: Progestin. It inhibits gonadotropin secretion from pituitary and prevents follicular maturation and ovulation
