- Adjunct in treatment of female infertility:
- SC 0.25mg morning
- Administered on day 5 or 6 of ovarian stimulation with gonadotrophin.
- Continue through out until day of ovulation induction
Injection: 0.25mg
- Injected in lower abdominal wall

It antagonizes GnRH resulting in suppression of luteinizing hormone surge
- Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome
- Injection site reaction
- Elevated LFTs
