• Elevated IOP in open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension:
    • 1 gtt in affected eye(s) OD in evening
    • Max: 1 dose/24 hours

Eye drops: 50mcg/mL

  • Remove contact lenses before applying the eye drops and wait until 10 min before inserting contact lenses.
  • Discard 4 weeks after opening bottle
  • Eye drops should be used before eye ointments
  • If using more than 1 eye drop, they should be administered at least 5 minutes apart

It increases outflow of aqueous humor thereby reducing intraocular pressure
