Dose:

Neopeptine Liquid:

  • Infants (up to 1 year): PO 0.5mL (about 10 drops) BD
  • Children (1-5 years): PO 1mL BD
  • Adults: PO 5mL BD

Neopeptine Capsules:

  • Adults and children >12 years: PO 1 cap BD after meals

Neopeptine susp:

Each 1mL contains:

  • Alpha-amylase: 20mg
  • Papain: 10mg
  • Dill oil: 2mg
  • Anise oil: 2mg
  • Caraway oil: 2mg

Neopeptine Capsules contain:

  • Alpha-amylase: 100mg
  • Papain: 100mg
  • Simethicone: 30mg
  • Pepsin
  • Fungal Diastase
  • Carminatives like Cardamom, Ginger, and Dill oil.
  • Administer orally after meals.
  • For infants and children, the dose can be mixed with a small amount of water, milk or juice
  • Alpha-amylase: Breaks down carbohydrates into simpler sugars.
  • Papain: Aids in protein digestion.
  • Simethicone: Reduces gas and bloating by breaking up gas bubbles in the gastrointestinal tract.
