• Chemotherapy-induced nausea & vomiting:
    • IV 0.01mg/kg/dose *1 30 min before chemo OR
    • PO 1mg 1 hour before chemotherapy, then 1mg 12 hours after 1st dose OR
    • PO 2mg 1 hour before chemotherapy
  • Radiation-induced nausea & vomiting:
    • PO 2mg *1 1 hour before radiation therapy
  • Post-operative nausea & vomiting:
    • Prevention: 1mg IV push over 30 seconds
      • Given before anesthetic induction or immediately before reversal of anesthesia
    • Treatment: 1mg IV push over 30 seconds
    • Max 3mg per day
