- Dosage (Spray/Drops):
- Adults & children ≥6 years: 2–6 sprays/drops in each nostril as needed, 2–4 times daily
- Infants & young children: 1–2 drops per nostril before feeds or as needed
- 0.9% Sodium Chloride (isotonic solution)
- Equivalent to 9 mg of NaCl per mL
- Gently blow nose before use (if applicable)
- Tilt head back slightly; apply spray or drops into nostrils
- For infants: use bulb syringe for suction after drops, if needed
- Wipe nozzle after each use
- Can be used daily and long-term with no dependency risk
