• Relief of:
    • Dry cough
    • Throat irritation
    • Allergic cough
    • Upper respiratory tract infections
    • Minor symptoms of cold and flu
  • Dosage (Oral syrup):
    • Adults and children ≥12 years:PO 10 mL every 4–6 hours (max 4 doses/day)
    • Children 6–12 years:PO 5 mL every 4–6 hours
    • Children 2–6 years:PO 2.5 mL every 6 hours (only under medical advice)
    • Not recommended for children under 2 years
  • Diphenhydramine HCl: 14.08 mg
  • Menthol: 1.1 mg
  • Sodium Citrate: 60 mg
  • Shake syrup well before use
  • Use a dosing cup or spoon for accurate measurement
  • Take with or without food
  • Avoid alcohol and other CNS depressants while taking
  • Diphenhydramine: Drowsiness, dry mouth, dizziness, blurred vision, constipation
  • Menthol: Rare allergic reaction or mouth irritation (if high dose)
  • Sodium Citrate: Mild GI upset (rare)

  • Severe liver or kidney disease (caution)
  • CNS depressants (e.g., alcohol, benzodiazepines): Additive sedation
  • MAO inhibitors: Avoid within 14 days (potentiates diphenhydramine effects)
  • Anticholinergic drugs: May increase side effects (e.g., dry mouth, constipation)
