• Obsessive-compulsive disorder:
    • Initially 50mg nocte
    • May increase by 50mg/day every 4-7 days
    • Maintenance: 100-300mg daily
    • Max: 300mg/day
    • Doses over 150mg daily given in divided doses
    • If no improvement after 10 weeks, reconsider treatment
  • Social anxiety disorder (Off-label):
    • Initially 50mg nocte
    • May increase by 50mg at 1 week interval
    • Maintenance: 100-300mg daily
