• Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
    • Adults: Initially 40mg OD
      • Increase after 3 or more days to 80mg OD or divided BD
      • After 2-4 additional weeks, may increase to ≤100mg if optimal response is not achieved.
    • 6 years and ≤70 kg: 0.5mg/kg OD
      • Increase after ≥3 days to target dosage of approx 1.2mg/kg OD or divided BD
      • Total daily dose not to exceed 1.4mg/kg or 100 mg, whichever is less
    • >70 kg: Initially 40mg OD
      • Increase after 3 or more days to 80mg OD or divided BD
      • If necessary, may increase after 2-4 additional weeks to 100mg OD

Tablet:

Therapy may be discontinued without being tapered
