Tablet:

  • 40mg/12.5mg
  • 10mg/12.5mg

Best taken in the morning due to the diuresis effect of hydrochlorothiazide (peaks in 4 hours)

  • Acute transient myopia and acute closed angle glaucoma in patients with history of sulfonamide or penicillin allergy
