- Relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma:
- PO 4mg *1 on days 1, 8, 15 of 28-day cycle
- Capsule:
- 2.3mg
- 3mg
- 4mg
- Should be taken at the same time each day on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal
- If you vomit shortly after taking ixazomib, do not take another dose. Wait until your next scheduled dose time to take the medicine again
- If the capsule contents get on your skin or eyes, wash your skin with soap and water or rinse your eyes with water
- Delayed or missed dose: Take dose only if next scheduled dose is ≥72 hours away. Do not double dose to make up for missed dose
