• Testicular cancer:
    • IV 50-100mg/m²/day on days 1-5 OR IV 100mg/m²/day on days 1, 3, 5
    • Repeat every 3-4 weeks
    • Part of multi-drug chemo regimen
  • Small cell lung cancer:
    • IV 35mg/m²/day *4/7 OR 50mg/m²/day *5/7
    • PO 70mg/m²/dose/day *4/7 to 100mg/m²/day OD *5/7
    • Repeat every 3-4 weeks
    • Round-off PO to nearest 50mg
    • Part of multi-drug chemo regimen

Capsule: 100mg

Injection: 100mg/5mL

  • Monitor for crystallization

It appears to inhibit or alter DNA replication, induces G2-phase arrest and preferentially kills cells in G2 & late S phases
