- Advanced testicular cancer:
- IV 20mg/m²/day *5/7 repeated every 3 weeks (in combination with bleomycin and etoposide)

- Max: 100mg/m²/cycle
- Advanced cervical cancer (Off-label):
- IV 75-100mg/m² every 4 weeks when used with cyclophosphamide
- IV 100mg/m² every 4 weeks as single agent
Injection: 50mg/50mL
- Pre-treatment hydration: 1-2L fluid infused for 8-12 hours before dose
- Adequate hydration and urine output to be maintained before, during and 24 hours after dose
- May use concomitant amifostine to decrease nephrotoxicity
- When administered as sequential infusions, taxane derivatives (docetaxel, paclitaxel) should be administered before platinum derivatives to limit myelosuppression and to enhance efficacy

- Severe nausea & vomiting. Pre-treatment with an antiemetic required; may begin within 1-4 hours after treatment and last up to 72 hours
