- Acute MI :
- <60 kg: IV 30mg
- 60-70 kg: IV 35mg
- 70-80 kg: IV 40mg
- 80-90 kg: IV 45mg
- >90 kg: IV 50mg
- Acute ischaemic stroke (Off-label):
- IV 0.25mg/kg *1
- Start immediately within 4.5 hours of symptoms onset
- For patients eligible for mechanical thrombectomy
Injection: 50mg
- Use immediately or may be refrigerated up to 8 hours
