Apply OD/BD to cleansed and debrided burn.

Cream: 1% w/w

  • Burn should be covered by cream at all times
  • Treatment continued until risk of infection has passed

Topical antibacterial.

It acts upon the cell membrane and cell wall. It releases silver ions slowly which then exert their antibacterial effect.
