Dose: 1 tab BD *5-7 days

- 200mg/600mg
- Can be taken with or without food
Ofloxacin: Fluoroquinolone. It inhibits DNA gyrase (topoisomerase II) and topoisomerase IV activity necessary bacterial DNA synthesis. This in turn promotes breakage of DNA strand.
Tinidazole: Antiprotozoal. It inhibits protozoal DNA synthesis by damage of the DNA strands inhibiting their nucleic acid synthesis.
