Norfloxacin: Fluoroquinolone. It inhibits DNA gyrase (topoisomerase II) and topoisomerase IV activity necessary bacterial DNA synthesis. This in turn promotes breakage of DNA strand.
Tinidazole: Antiprotozoal. It inhibits protozoal DNA synthesis by damage of the DNA strands inhibiting their nucleic acid synthesis.
