Diloxanide: Luminal amoebicidal acting on amoebic cyst and trophozoite within the lumen of the bowel.
Simethicone: It alters gas bubble surface tension hence disperses and prevents gas pockets in the GI system
Tinidazole: Antiprotozoal. It inhibits protozoal DNA synthesis by damage of the DNA strands inhibiting their nucleic acid synthesis.
