- Helicobacter pylori (pylori) eradication:
- 1 kit per day divided BD *7-14 days
- Then 1 month treatment with a suitable antacid
- Each kit contains 2 tablets each of: 1g/500mg/20mg

Amoxicillin: Beta-lactam penicillin. It inhibits cell wall mucopeptide synthesis
Rabeprazole: Proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It binds to H+/K+-exchanging ATPase (proton pump) in gastric parietal cells, blocking acid secretion
Levofloxacin: Fluoroquinolone. It inhibits DNA gyrase (topoisomerase II) and topoisomerase IV activity necessary bacterial DNA synthesis. This in turn promotes breakage of DNA strand.
