- Heavy menstrual bleeding associated with pain:

Mefenamic Acid:
- 250mg
- 500 mg
Tranexamic Acid:
- 500mg
- Take with food to reduce gastrointestinal discomfort.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose and avoid use for more than 5 days.
Mefenamic Acid (NSAID): Inhibits COX-1 and COX-2, reducing prostaglandin production, thereby relieving pain and reducing inflammation and menstrual bleeding.
Tranexamic Acid (Antifibrinolytic): Inhibits plasminogen activation, preventing excessive breakdown of blood clots, which reduces heavy bleeding.
