    • 25mg BD/TDS
  • Osteoarthritis:
    • 25mg BD/TDS
  • Acute gout:
    • 50mg TDS
  • Bursitis/tendinitis
    • 75-150mg/day divided TDS/QID
  • Rheumatoid arthritis:
    • 25mg BD/TDS
  • Mild-moderate pain:
    • 25-50mg TDS PRN
  • Dysmenorrhea:
    • 25mg TDS/QID

Renal dosing:

  • CrCl >60: no adjustment
  • CrCl 30-60: not defined, caution advised
  • CrCl <30: avoid use
  • Advanced renal disease: avoid use

Tablet: 25mg

  • Best taken after meals to avoid GI side effects
  • Use lowest possible dose for the shortest duration possible.
