- Inflammatory pains
- Soft tissue inflammation
- Edema associated with trauma and surgery such as in gynecological conditions, breast engorgement, fractures, sprains, injuries, hemorrhoid anal prolapse
Dose:
- Initially 2 tabs TDS
- Maintenance: 1 tab TDS preferably before meals.
Tablet: 1mg/ 50mg

Bromelain: protein extract derived from the stems of pineapples
Trypsin: proteolytic enzymes
They work together to catalyze the hydrolysis of proteins polypeptides, amides and esters at bonds involving the carboxyl group of L-arginine and L-lysine. It is therefore useful in the removal of coagulated blood, exudates and necrotic tissue.
Bromelain is also suggested to have spasmolytic effects
- Bromelain might increase the risk of bleeding during and after surgery
