- Treatment of symptoms associated with hemorrhoids, such as pain, itching, inflammation, and infection.
- Relief of discomfort from anal fissures and other anorectal conditions.
- Prevention of infection in inflamed or damaged anorectal tissues.
Dose:
- Cream or ointment:
- Apply a small amount to the affected area BD/TDS preferably in the morning, at bedtime and after each bowel movement.
- Suppository:
- Insert 1 suppository into the rectum up to BD/TDS as needed
Cream/Ointment per gram:
- Cinchocaine 5mg
- Esculin 10mg
- Hydrocortisone 5mg
- Neomycin 5mg
Suppository:
- Cinchocaine 10mg
- Esculin 20mg

- Swallow with water, preferably after meals
- Cleanse the affected area with mild soap and water, and pat dry.
- Apply a thin layer of the cream or ointment to the affected area and gently massage.
Cinchocaine (Local Anesthetic): Blocks sodium channels in nerve fibers, inhibiting nerve transmission, which provides relief from pain and itching.
Esculin (Venotonic): Strengthens capillaries and improves venous tone, reducing swelling and inflammation.
Hydrocortisone (Corticosteroid): Suppresses the release of inflammatory mediators, reducing swelling, redness, and itching.
Neomycin (Antibiotic): Inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, helping to prevent or treat infections in the affected area.
- Mild local irritation or redness at the site of application.
- Temporary numbness or tingling in the treated area.
- Mild skin dryness or peeling
- Hypersensitivity to cinchocaine, esculin, hydrocortisone, neomycin, or any other components of the formulation.
- Presence of fungal, bacterial or viral infections in the treated area without appropriate antimicrobial treatment.
- Do not use it on patients with open wounds or damaged skin without medical supervision.
- Not recommended for prolonged use due to the risk of skin thinning due to hydrocortisone
