- Relief of pain, itching, and discomfort associated with haemorrhoids and anal fissures:

- Apply a small amount to the affected area BD/TDS preferably in the morning, at bedtime and after each bowel movement.

- Cleanse the affected area with mild soap and warm water, and pat dry.
- Apply a thin layer of the cream or ointment to the affected area.
- Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Allantoin (Skin Protectant): Promotes cell regeneration and healing of damaged tissue, providing relief from irritation.
Hydrocortisone (Corticosteroid): Inhibits the release of inflammatory mediators, reducing redness, itching, and swelling.
Lidocaine (Local Anaesthetic): Blocks sodium channels, inhibiting nerve impulse transmission, and providing numbing relief from pain and itching.
Zinc Oxide (Skin Protectant): Forms a protective barrier, preventing irritation and promoting the healing of minor skin irritations.
- Mild local irritation or redness at the site of application.
- Temporary numbness or tingling in the treated area.
- Mild dryness or peeling of the skin.
- Hypersensitivity to lidocaine, hydrocortisone, or any other components of the formulation.
- Presence of bacterial, fungal or viral skin infections in the affected area without appropriate antimicrobial treatment.
- Do not use on large areas of the body or under occlusive dressings without medical advice.
- Class I antiarrhythmic drugs (e.g., mexiletine)
- CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ritonavir, ketoconazole)
- Concomitant use with other local anaesthetics
