Esomeprazole: Proton pump inhibitor. It suppresses gastric acid secretion by specific inhibition of the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme system at the secretory surface of gastric parietal cells. It inhibits the proton pump, the final step in gastric acid secretion

Domperidone: Dopamine antagonist. It works as an upper GI prokinetic and increases the tone of the lower esophageal sphincter and enhances gastric emptying
