- Acute migraine headache with/without aura:
- PO 1.25-2.5mg *1
- Max 5mg/episode up to 10mg/24 hours
- May repeat dose *1 after 2 hours
- Prophylaxis of menstrual migraine headache (Off-label):
- PO 2.5mg BD/TDS *1/52
- Initiated 2 days prior to onset of menses
