• Acute migraine headache with/without aura:
    • PO 1.25-2.5mg *1
    • Max 5mg/episode up to 10mg/24 hours
    • May repeat dose *1 after 2 hours
  • Prophylaxis of menstrual migraine headache (Off-label):
    • PO 2.5mg BD/TDS *1/52
    • Initiated 2 days prior to onset of menses
  • Tablet:
    • 2.5mg
    • 5mg
