- Musculoskeletal pain:
- PO 100mg BD OR IM/IV 60mg BD

- Leg cramps (Off-label):

Tablet: 100mg
Injection: 30mg/mL
- Give slow IV ~5 min with patient in supine position
- Patient should remain in this position for 5-10 min post-injection
Skeletal muscle relaxant
