Naproxen: NSAID. It inhibits COX 1 & 2 reducing prostaglandin and thromboxane synthesis.
Esomeprazole: Proton pump inhibitor. It suppresses gastric acid secretion by specific inhibition of the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme system at the secretory surface of gastric parietal cells. It inhibits the proton pump, the final step in gastric acid secretion
