- Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)

Typical dosage (varies by formulation):
- 1 tablet 2–3 times daily before meals, or as directed by physician
- Clidinium bromide: 2.5 mg
- Dicyclomine HCl: 10–20 mg
- Paracetamol: 325–500 mg
- Simethicone: 40–80 mg
- Take before meals to reduce GI spasm and discomfort
- Swallow whole with water
- Do not exceed recommended dose of paracetamol (max 4 g/day)
- Clidinium: Anticholinergic; reduces GI motility and acid secretion
- Dicyclomine: Antispasmodic; blocks muscarinic receptors to relieve smooth muscle spasms
- Paracetamol (Acetaminophen): Analgesic and antipyretic; inhibits central prostaglandin synthesis
- Simethicone: Anti-foaming agent; breaks up gas bubbles in the GI tract
- Dry mouth, drowsiness, blurred vision, constipation
- Dizziness, nausea, especially from anticholinergics
- Liver toxicity if paracetamol is overdosed
- Rare: Allergic reactions, urinary retention
- Glaucoma, urinary retention, severe ulcerative colitis
- Hepatic impairment (due to paracetamol)
- Myasthenia gravis (anticholinergic effect)
- CNS depressants (e.g., alcohol, sedatives): additive drowsiness
- Anticholinergics: cumulative effects
- Drugs that affect liver enzymes may alter paracetamol metabolism
