    • Dosage (Spray/Drops):
    • Adults & children ≥6 years: 2–6 sprays/drops in each nostril as needed, 2–4 times daily
    • Infants & young children: 1–2 drops per nostril before feeds or as needed
  • 0.9% Sodium Chloride (isotonic solution)
    • Equivalent to 9 mg of NaCl per mL
  • Gently blow nose before use (if applicable)
  • Tilt head back slightly; apply spray or drops into nostrils
  • For infants: use bulb syringe for suction after drops, if needed
  • Wipe nozzle after each use
  • Can be used daily and long-term with no dependency risk
