• Dysmenorrhea

Dose:

  • PO 1 tab TDS

Tablet:

  • 10mg/250mg
  • 10mg/500mg
  • Take with food or after meals to minimize GI irritation.

Dicyclomine (Anticholinergic/Antispasmodic): It relaxes smooth muscles in the gastrointestinal tract, reducing spasms and cramping.

Mefenamic Acid (NSAID): It inhibits the production of prostaglandins, leading to a reduction in pain and inflammation.

  • Drowsiness
  • GI bleeding or history of peptic ulcers.
  • Severe renal or hepatic impairment.
  • Glaucoma, myasthenia gravis, or other conditions aggravated by anticholinergic agents.
  • Hypersensitivity to NSAIDs or dicyclomine
