Each tablet contains:

• Chondroitin sulphate sodium-200mg
• Copper sulphate-1mg
• Folic acid-200mcg
• Glucosamine suphate potassium chloride – 500mg
• Manganese sulphate monohydrate-3mg
• Sodium borate decahydrate BP-1.5mg
• Sodium selenite-100ug
• Vitamin B12-10ug
• Vitamin C-30mg
• Vitamin D3-200 IU
• Vitamin E – 20mg
• Zinc sulphate monohydrate-7.5mg

• Best taken after meals

• Chondroitin: Supports joint strength by helping resist compression in the joints. It attracts fluid to the joint to assist with lubrication.
• Copper is involved in wound healing and treating osteoarthritis.
• Folic acid: Stimulates the hematopoietic system
• Glucosamine: Helps in the formation of cartilage and supports mobility and flexibility
• Manganese is involved in bone formation.
• Boron helps in building strong bones
• Selenium increases the action of anti-oxidants and reduces tender or swollen joints
• Vitamin B12: Helps maintain bone mineral density. It also protects the nerves and stimulates nerve regeneration Vitamin C-30mg
