Tablet:

• Calcium citrate: 1000mg; 400mg
• Magnesium hydroxide: 100mg
• Vitamin D3: 200 IU
• Zinc: 4mg

Suspension

Each 5mL contains:

• Calcium citrate: 1000mg; 400mg
• Magnesium hydroxide: 150mg
• Vitamin D3: 200 IU
• Zinc: 2mg

• Can be taken with or without food

• Calcium: Help form bones and teeth, assist in the movement of muscles, help with nerve messaging between the brain and body systems, help blood flow as vessels relax and constrict and release hormones and enzymes that support body functions

• Magnesium stimulates the activity of cells critical to bone formation with magnesium deficient bones being larger, more brittle and susceptible to fractures. Without the presence of magnesium, calcium cannot be transported to the bones and can lead to the hardening of the arteries, osteoporosis and bone fractures. It contributes to bone stabilization and to bone growth and mineralization.

• Vitamin D3 helps the body absorb calcium essential for the normal development and maintenance of healthy teeth and bones. It also helps maintain proper blood levels of calcium and phosphorus, and also prevents thinning of bones

• Zinc: is required for the catalytic activity of hundreds of enzymes, and it plays a role in enhancing immune function, protein and DNA synthesis, wound healing and cell signaling and division
