- Elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension:
- 1 gtt in affected eye (s) OD nocte
- Max 1 dose/24 hours
Eye drops: 0.004% w/v
- Remove contact lenses before applying the eye drops and wait until 10 min before inserting contact lenses.
- Discard 4 weeks after opening bottle
- Eye drops should be used before eye ointments
- If using more than 1 eye drop, they should be administered at least 5 minutes apart
Prostaglandin agonist
It increases uveoscleral outflow, reducing IOP
