  • Obsessive-compulsive disorder:
    • Adults and >12 years: PO 50mg OD
    •  May be increased by 25-50mg/day per week
    • 6-12 years: PO 25mg OD
    • May increase by 25-50mg/day per week
    • Max: 200mg/day 
  • Panic disorder:
    • PO 25mg OD
    • May increase by 25-50mg/day per week
    • Max: 200mg/day
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder:
    • PO 25mgOD

  • Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD):
    • Continuous daily dosing:
      • PO 50mg OD
      • May increase by 50mg/day with each menstrual cycle

    • Intermittent dosing during the luteal phase:
      • Initially PO 50mg OD during the luteal phase
      • Max: 100mg/day
      • If inadequate response with 50mg OD, may give 50mg OD *3/7, then increase to 100mg OD with each luteal phase dosing cycle
  • Social anxiety disorder:
    • PO 25mgOD
