Fluticasone/ Vilanterol

• Inhalation powder:
  • 100mcg/25mcg
  • 200mcg/25mcg

• Rinse mouth out with water after use (do not swallow water)
• Not to exceed 1 administration/24 hours
• No need for an additional long-acting beta agonist
• Actuate before use by pumping 2 puffs in the air before use.
• Shake for 5 seconds before each use.
• Prime inhaler again if not used for >7 days

Vilanterol: Long-acting selective beta2-adrenergic agonist (LABA); It works by selectively stimulating beta-2 adrenergic receptors, relaxing airway smooth muscle by stimulating intracellular adenyl cyclase resulting in increased cAMP levels

Fluticasone: Long acting inhaled trifluorinated corticosteroid. It inhibits multiple inflammatory cytokines
