- Benign prostrate hyperplasia (BPH):
- 1 cap OD
Capsule: 0.5mg/0.4mg
- It should not be handled with pregnant women or women considering to get pregnant
- Effects of this medication are seen after 3-6 months
- Taken 30 min after meals
- Capsules are deformed/discoloured in high temperatures
Dutasteride: 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor. It inhibits conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT) via inhibition of 5-alpha-reductase types 1 and 2
Tamsulosin: Alpha-adrenergic antagonist. It blocks alpha-1a adrenergic receptor in smooth muscle of prostate, decreasing bladder neck & urethral resistance
- Abnormal ejaculation

- Pregnancy
- Avoid handling drug in pregnant or potentially pregnant individuals
- Avoid blood donation during treatment and for at least 6 months after discontinuing
