• Active tuberculosis (part pf multi-drug therapy):
    • 40-55kg:
      • 800mg OD OR 800mg 5x/week if directly observed treatment OR 1200mg 3x/week OR 2000mg 2x/week if directly observed treatment
    • 56-75kg:
      • 200mg OD OR 1200mg 5x/week if directly observed treatment OR 2000mg 3x/week OR 2800mg 2x/week if directly observed treatment
    • 76-90kg:
      • 1600mg OD OR 1600mg 5x/week if directly observed treatment OR 2400mg 3x/week OR 4000mg 2x/week if directly observed treatment
  • Tablet:
    • 100mg
    • 400mg
  • Injection:
    • 100mg/mL
  • During period when a patient is on a daily dose of 25mg/kg, monthly eye examinations advised
  • Taken with food
