- Depressive disorder:
- Initially PO 20mg OD
- May increase to 40mg OD after 1 week
- Max 40mg per day
- Obsessive-compulsive disorder:
- PO 20mg OD
- May be increased by 20mg/day every week
- Max: 60mg/day

- Taken without regard to food
