    • Initially PO 20mg OD
    • May increase to 40mg OD after 1 week
    • Max 40mg per day
  • Obsessive-compulsive disorder:
    • PO 20mg OD
    • May be increased by 20mg/day every week
    • Max: 60mg/day

  • Taken without regard to food
