- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Adults: Initially 40mg OD
- Increase after 3 or more days to 80mg OD or divided BD
- After 2-4 additional weeks, may increase to ≤100mg if optimal response is not achieved.
- Adults: Initially 40mg OD

- Increase after ≥3 days to target dosage of approx 1.2mg/kg OD or divided BD
- Total daily dose not to exceed 1.4mg/kg or 100 mg, whichever is less
- ≥6 years and ≤70 kg: 0.5mg/kg OD
