Symptomatic treatment of pain & inflammation in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and musculoskeletal inflammatory conditions such as low back pain, ankylosing spondylitis and gouty arthritis.

  • Mild to moderate pain:
    • 8-16mg BD/TDS. Max 16mg/day
  • Osteoarthritis & rheumatoid arthritis:
    • 12mg BD/TDS. Max 16mg/day

  • 8mg
  • 16mg
  • Should NOT be used by children < 18 years

Oxicam NSAID.

Inhibits prostaglandin synthesis via inhibition of COX enzyme but does not inhibit 5-lipo-oxygenase.

  • GI disturbances: pain, dyspepsia, nausea, vomiting.
