• Osteoarthritis & rheumatoid arthritis:
    • 20mg OD but can be given 40mg for the first 2 days 
  • Gout:
    • 40mg STAT
  •  Dysmenorrhea (Off-label):
    • 20mg BD * 2/7 then 20mg OD for 1-3 days

Capsules: 20mg

Take with food or a lot of water to avoid GI side effects

Inhibits synthesis of prostaglandins by inhibiting COX 1 and COX 2.
