Each capsule contains:

• Menthol: 35.55mg
• Chlorbutol: 2.25mg
• Thymol: 3.15mg
• Total pine oil: 112.05mg
• Terpineol: 66.60mg
• Cinnamon oil: 12.15mg

• Snip off the tip of the capsule and squeeze contents into 500ml hot water or onto a tissue and inhale vapour.
• Capsule can also be used on beddings, pajamas or in a humidifier.
• Do NOT apply directly to nostrils.
• For external use only.

• Menthol: A selective activator of transient receptor potential melastatin-8 (TRPM8) channels and is also a vasoactive compound. As a topical agent, it acts as a counter-irritant by imparting a cooling effect and by initially stimulating nociceptors and then desensitizing them.

• Chlorbutol: Has anti-microbial property.

• Thymol: Effective against bronchitis as it contains active ingredients that serve as an expectorant.

• Total pine oil: Protect against sinus infections, clear mucus and phlegm and boosts immunity.

• Terpineol: has relaxing, pain-relieving, anti-inflammatory and sedative effects.

• Cinnamon oil: Has antioxidant properties that have been shown to have anti-inflammatory benefits.
