Tablet:
- Calcium carbonate: 500mg
- Cissus quadrangularis: 500mg
- Vitamin D3: 1,000 IU
- Best taken after meals
- Avoid or reduce the intake of caffeine, soft drinks and alcohol as they might inhibit calcium absorption.
- Calcium: Help form bones and teeth, assist in the movement of muscles, help with nerve messaging between the brain and body systems, help blood flow as vessels relax and constrict and release hormones and enzymes that support body functions
- Cissus quadrangularis: It might have antioxidant, pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory effects. It might also help stimulate bone growth.
- Vitamin D3 helps the body absorb calcium essential for the normal development and maintenance of healthy teeth and bones. It also helps maintain proper blood levels of calcium and phosphorus, and also prevents thinning of bones
