- Myasthenia gravis:
- Adults & >12 years: PO 60mg120mg every 3-8 hours
- Paralytic ileus:
- PO 60-240mg daily
- Post-operative urinary retention:
- PO 60-240mg daily
Tablet: 60mg
- Can be taken with food or milk to avoid upset stomach
Acetylcholinesterase inhibitor
